After finishing proofing the products, we will test these products.The test indexes include the dimension, voltage, capacity, impedance, weight, cycle times, PCM OCP, NTC, appearance. We have advanced testing machinery to ensure the accuracy of the test data. After the inspection process is finished, we will transport the proofing products to our customers.

The battery is produced according to the customer's request and it must be insulated before packing. Each battery is placed in specially-made blister tray, and the carton’s specification is 300*305*200mm. We generally do customs declaration in Shenzhen port and ship directly abroad from Hong Kong. Large cargo will usually be shipped by sea, and delivery time is about 28-30 days. It usually takes 5-7 days to ship the small cargo.
